Learning Conversations supports government departments, community organisations, schools, districts and individuals to learn through conversations. We offer a personal approach to organisational, project, professional, curriculum and community development, using our strengths and those of our clients to explore opportunities.

Learning Conversations is a limited company, under the Australian Company Legislation, based in Perth, Western Australia and totally owned and directed by its principal investors and operators, Anna Alderson and Marie Martin.

Learning Conversations is able to offer a range of services to meet the needs of the organisations and groups with whom we work. Our focuses are on learning, active participation of all stakeholders and a social-constructivist way of working.

Anna and Marie both have teaching qualifications and have undertaken a variety of postgraduate studies. Anna had a PhD with a focus on education policy making. Marie’s PhD was on co-facilitation.

Anna and Marie draw on a wealth of experience in small organisations and schools, working with administrators, employees and clients, principals, teachers, assistants, students and families. Having worked together in a variety of capacities over 20 years, we also provide an example of people with different perspectives, working together through disagreements and achieving positive outcomes for ourselves and the people with whom we work.

Learning Conversations is able to support people in all areas of Western Australia.
